If you do not have PayPal, please contact Roxana directly at the email above to arrange a bank transfer payment.

Prices

Prices are correct at the time of publishing but Roxana reserves the right to change the prices at any time.

Descriptions

Descriptions are made as accurate as possible, however colours may vary slightly from how they appear on the screen.  Also due to the handmade nature of some of the products they may vary slightly from the photograph.

Delivery and returns

All sales are final however in the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact on info@roxanaillustrations.co.uk as soon as possible.

Packing and Postage

Postage is calculated at check out. For international deliveries, carriers require a phone number so please provide on ordering. Every effort is made to send orders within 5 working days, however this may be subject to annual holidays, seasonal peaks or if away attending an event. If there is a delay for any reason an email will be sent to confirm.

Note about Copyright

Purchased images remain the copyright of the illustrator.  The illustrator continues to have the sole right to reprinting individual and original art.  The owner does not automatically gain the right to reprinting an image, unless that too, is purchased and accompanied with written consent from the illustrator.
